产品简介：

苏木素氧化后与金属媒染剂作用，可形成不可替代的细胞核颜料。带有正电荷的苏木素-金属媒染剂复合体，易与细胞核内DNA上带负电荷的磷酸基团结合，因而使细胞核染色形成特定的蓝色。
